Ryan’s Story

A Testimony of God’s Faithful Provision

Comfort is familiar, but faith calls us beyond what is safe. For me, risk has always been synonymous with faith.

After living in the UAE for 26 years, I faced a significant turning point in 2022 while working for a large healthcare organisation. Due to structural changes, my role was no longer required. Although I was presented with several alternative opportunities, I lacked the peace to pursue any of them.

As I spent time in prayer, seeking God’s wisdom and direction, I sensed a clear and unwavering prompting from Him to step out and start my own company—with the assurance that He would go before me. Trusting in that conviction, I stepped out in faith.

At 49 years of age, entrepreneurship was unfamiliar territory. I did not have substantial capital, but with what little we had saved, we applied for a trade license and established Freeman and Company LLC – FZ. What began as an act of obedience soon became a testimony of God’s grace.

Time and again, we witnessed God move ahead of us in the marketplace—opening doors, creating visibility, and bringing opportunities without striving on my part. Companies began approaching us, and with each step forward, my confidence grew, knowing it was God’s hand at work.

However, the reality of stepping away from a salaried role soon set in. Our savings steadily diminished, and despite receiving payments for completed work, by the end of August 2023, our finances were completely exhausted. At the same time, our home lease was due for renewal, and there were no funds available to cover it.

Yet, our faith remained unshaken. We continued to trust God fully and remained faithful in our tithes, having witnessed His faithfulness time and again when we honored Him with what He had entrusted to us.

In the final week of August, God intervened in a miraculous way. Through an unexpected business deal, He provided exactly what was needed to cover our rent. From that moment on, God began bringing clients to us—companies we had never known or pursued. While we were able to sustain ourselves, the losses from 2023 had not yet been restored.

In June 2024, we received a prophetic word declaring that God would restore everything the enemy had stolen and return it a hundredfold. We held on firmly to that promise, trusting in God’s timing. Beginning in the second quarter of 2025, we started to witness the fulfillment of that word as restoration began to unfold in our lives and our business.

As we step into this new season, our hearts are filled with gratitude and expectation for all that God has yet to do.

If you find yourself in a season of waiting, I encourage you—do not lose heart. Continue to press into God, for He is faithful, and His promises never fail.
